4-axis linear motor drive

The XYUV 4-axis employs a high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house, establishing a direct drive method without ball screws.
Maintaining a semi-permanent, gapless, and accurate shaft movement is something that traditional drive methods (ball screw method) simply cannot achieve. The features of linear motors include high responsiveness and high agility, which, when used for precise positioning and processing, will exhibit exceptional discharge characteristics.

New power unit and newly processed circuit

Equipped with a 19-inch horizontal touch screen, utilizing the new human-machine interface, offering enhanced clarity and convenience.
Additionally, it comes standard with features like the "Non-Wave Control II" which significantly reduces the waviness during processing, the "TMP Control II" which reduces surface roughness during secondary processing and increases semi-finished processing speed.

Enhance operability and production efficiency

Standard ceramic workpiece bracket, letter "O" mold base, automatic three-side up/down processing tank, Z-axis follow-up and automatic liquid level adjustment function, enhancing operability.
Additionally, the high-speed automatic threading device (FJ-AWT) and intermediate liquid level control feature allow for high-precision processing without manual operation, enhancing production efficiency.
