01: Taiwan grinding machine with an independent hydraulic system, featuring a single-cylinder drive. The design of the independent hydraulic system allows the worktable to have a variable speed of 7-25m/min with low vibration, suitable for various processing applications. High-quality Japanese-made oil seals are selected to ensure smooth movement and extended service life.

02: Taiwan grinding machines feature a full-support worktable with a rigid rail structure. The worktable is equipped with Turcite-B and hand scraping to ensure that under load, the damping coefficient is reduced, guaranteeing smooth operation and grinding accuracy of the worktable.

04: Jiande Machining Center's Elastic Type Spindle Each spindle of our company is independently researched, developed, and manufactured at the Jiande factory in Taiwan. Starting from the raw materials of the outer tube to assembly (except for imported bearings), they are assembled in temperature-controlled and dust-free workshops, never outsourced. It is due to these stringent production conditions that the spindles are minimally affected by temperature changes, have low noise, and no vibration, ensuring years of trouble-free service. This machine also features an elastic type spindle design, paired with CP4 precision angular contact ball bearings, V3 low-vibration motor, and dynamic balancing, installed on the headstock, guaranteeing the spindle deflection is far below 0.002mm.

05: The automatic lubrication system employs an automatic lubrication device, ensuring optimal lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces. The lubrication system is equipped with self-detection functionality, and an alarm is triggered when the liquid level in the oil tank drops to the set position.

06: Professionally designed electrical control systems, compliant with CE safety standards, utilizing components from internationally renowned brands. These systems are reliable, low-noise, and minimally vibrating, ensuring high precision grinding requirements are met.

07: The control panel is designed with a fixed enclosure, allowing full operation concentration on the panel, adhering to ergonomics; the control panel features a graphic design, making functions clear at a glance, and operation is simple and easy to learn.

The touch screen offers various grinding methods and is easy to operate, making it user-friendly. It is easy to learn and does not require professional training. Parameters are stored in Flash RAM, eliminating the issue of data loss during power outages.

09: Splash Guard Large Wall Panel (Optional) - The splash guard large wall panel can be installed at the back of the machine, effectively blocking the splashing of grinding water and iron chips. This not only maintains the cleanliness of the machine but also prevents the grinding fluid from spraying into the machine's sliding parts.
