Wan Jian De Planer Grinding Machine KGS-250M/H/AH/AHK/AHD Features

01: Our flat grinding machines feature high-precision collet-type spindles. Each spindle is entirely自主研发 and manufactured at our Taiwan-based Jundet factory, from raw materials to assembly (excluding imported bearings), all assembled in temperature-controlled and dust-free workshops, with no outsourcing. It is due to these stringent production conditions that our spindles are minimally affected by temperature changes, produce low noise and vibration, and can provide years of service without issues. The machine also employs a collet-type spindle design, paired with CP4 precision angular contact ball bearings, V3 low-vibration motors, and dynamic balancing, installed on the headstock, ensuring the spindle deflection is far below 0.002mm.

02: The Taiwan Jiande planer grinding machine features high-rigidity castings for the main frame, worktable, sliding seat, column, and head, all made of high-grade cast iron. Through finite element analysis and calculation, these castings achieve doubled rigidity and meet engineering quality requirements. Each casting undergoes stress relief treatment to ensure long-term shape stability and possesses excellent bending and torsional stress resistance, guaranteeing the machine tool's grinding accuracy over extended periods.

03: The Taiwan Jiande grinding machine worktable features a sliding ball screw guide structure. The worktable is equipped with high-hardness steel guide rails, precision matched and ground, paired with imported high-precision steel balls that have been machine selected. This design allows for smooth movement, minimal wear, and improved work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity for operators.

04: The manual lubrication system utilizes manual lubrication devices, ensuring optimal lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces. It is not only environmentally friendly but also saves unnecessary expenses on lubricants.

05: Professionally designed electrical control systems, compliant with CE safety standards, utilizing components from internationally renowned brands. These systems offer reliable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and ensure high-precision grinding requirements.

06: The operation panel is designed in a fixed case, with all controls concentrated on the operation panel, ergonomically designed for ease of use; the operation panel features a graphic design, making functions easily identifiable and operation simple to learn.
