High-rigidity cast body

XY-axis cross slide structure, effectively controls the balance of XY-axis movement, resulting in higher and more stable vibration expansion drilling accuracy; the base center of gravity is more stable, ensuring the stability of machining accuracy; made of FC30 casting, and heat treated, the worktable surface hardness reaches above HRC45.

3. High-rigidity transmission structure design, effectively reducing the thermal expansion deformation issue of the screw shaft.

Three-axis precision ball screw, effectively reduces overall backlash, ensures servo transmission accuracy, can withstand large gravity acceleration generated during electro-discharge machining, while also reducing the thermal expansion deformation of the screw, extending the service life of the screw and bearing, improving processing performance and accuracy. The three-axis uses a Panasonic AC servo motor, and all models in the series are laser calibrated to ensure full stroke positioning accuracy.
