Manufactured through certain technical methods, the guardrail mesh is woven from materials such as copper wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire, and steel wire, ultimately forming a mesh product. The metal wires, typically ranging in diameter from 4 to 0.025 millimeters, are usually woven in plain weave, twill weave, and interlock weave.
The guardrail structure manufactured by the guardrail net manufacturer divides the original fence posts into two parts, with the lower end of the upper post steel tube inserted into the upper end of the lower post steel tube. Bolts pass through it to connect the upper and lower post steel tubes together. It uses sleeves or other techniques to prevent deformation of the lower guardrail posts by reinforcing the lower posts, while controlling the deformation position of the guardrail posts by partially or fully weakening the upper posts. This way, although reducing the lever arm, it also reduces the bending modulus of the cross-section to ensure the collision resistance level is not less than the original standard design.
