PVC fence posts differ from other standard fences in their construction. While most standard fence materials are stainless, they often succumb to rusting due to metal screw connections – this is their Achilles' heel. Some non-PVC fences, even those using metal-free (chemical) tenon joints, are not sturdy. The new PVC plastic steel fence posts take a different approach, utilizing processing equipment to replace the connection area with plastic connectors, adding plastic cover caps, which resolves rust issues and instability, making them truly rust-resistant and featuring non-conductive and explosion-proof properties. By adopting an innovative tenon connection method, the posts and rails, as well as the connection between rails and pillars, address the significant drawback of standard fences that often rapidly rust at the screw connection points.
