Hydroelectric power station's original cleaning and desilting mechanism and its working principle. In response to existing issues, a renovation design proposal has been provided, offering experience for future renovation and design of cleaning and desilting equipment. The cleaning machine mainly consists of mechanical rake buckets, gate frames, lifting mechanisms, operating mechanisms, opening and closing mechanisms, directional pulley units, curved tracks, belt conveyors, driver's cabins, cable drums, anemometers, lightning rod installations, grounding devices, and electrical systems. The lifting mechanism includes electric motors, brakes, couplings, reducers, drums, and steel cables. The steel cable used for lifting is fixed at one end to the drum with a clamp plate, and the other end is connected to the cleaning rake bucket via a directional pulley. As the electric motor rotates, the drum moves along with it, causing the steel cable to retract or extend within the groove, lifting or lowering the cleaning rake bucket along the track.
The Cleaning Machine Operation Principle: The rake is moved up and down by a lifting mechanism driven by steel cables. By operating the open/close mechanism, the rake opens, descends along the rake track to the cleaning position, and then the open/close mechanism is operated to close the rake.
