Electric Head Actuator Applications
In water conservancy, hydropower, thermal power plants, power stations, municipal, landscape environmental protection, sewage treatment plants, oil, chemical, metallurgical, dyeing and printing, paper mills, and other import/export gates, grates and filters are applied and can be closed for open-style or concealed-style gate applications.
An electric head opening and closing machine is a fully sealed mechatronic structure, suitable for outdoor operations, utilizing worm gear drive. When the door opens or closes for any reason, the stroke limit switch does not function. As the torque increases, a torque protection switch is designed to protect the lifting device from accidental damage. Another pointer-style opening indicator and a heating turtle resistance are designed on the turtle dynamic components. The movable turtle device's bolt and output end are connected with a spline connector, featuring gaps that create a heavy impact effect between the eyes when the door opens, thereby achieving the purpose of starting the heavy impact when the door opens and closes, and increasing the starting force.

The electric head shutter has a manual/electric switch mechanism, capable of automatically cutting off the source of the turtle.
Instantaneous Torque Protection for Electric Head Actuator: The gate will not move downwards when opening or closing if the actuator is activated at the moment. Even if the switch is turned on and off instantly, the door will not move. Over-torque protection can only be alleviated through reverse operation.
