Operation Process: 1. The construction unit must install the shut-off machine on a level, firm foundation with good visibility, ensuring the机身 and ground anchor are secure. The center line of the shut-off machine should be perpendicular to the guide pulley, and the distance from the shut-off machine to the pulley should generally be no less than fifteen meters.
Before conducting the adjustment operation, inspect the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety ratchet, and drive pulleys to ensure safety and reliability before operation. The wire rope must be neatly arranged on the drum and must retain three turns during the operation. No one is allowed to cross over the wire rope of the opening and closing machine during the operation to prevent any accidents.
3. When lifting heavy objects and requiring them to remain suspended in the air, in addition to using the brakes, a ratchet locking pin should also be applied securely. It is strictly prohibited to leave one's post during operation.
4. Always follow the signals of the command personnel. In case of unclear signals or potential accidents, operations should be suspended and only resumed after the situation is clarified. In the event of a sudden power outage during work, immediately pull the switch and lower the transported items.
