The格栅清污机 is a water treatment equipment that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove various shaped debris from fluids, widely used in urban wastewater treatment. The格栅清污机 is composed of a unique array of rake teeth forming a rotating grille chain. Driven by an electric motor reducer, the rake teeth chain rotates in the opposite direction of the water flow.
As the rake chain moves to the upper part of the equipment, the槽轮and curved track guide create a relative self-cleaning motion between each rake tooth. The majority of solid material falls off due to gravity. The remainder is cleaned by the sweeping action of the cleaner, which removes debris stuck on the rake teeth.
Rake chain similar to grating, the gaps between the rakes on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to operating conditions. After the rakes separate solid suspended particles from the fluid, it ensures the smooth flow of water. The entire working process is continuous and can also be intermittent.
This equipment boasts high automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, noiseless operation, and excellent corrosion resistance. It can operate continuously and stably without supervision and is equipped with overload safety protection devices. In the event of a fault, the equipment will automatically shut down to prevent overloading. The device can be adjusted to any running interval as per user requirements, enabling periodic operation; it can automatically control based on the liquid level difference before and after the grate; and it also features manual control for convenient maintenance.
