Any equipment will encounter issues after prolonged use, and the plate and frame filter press is no exception. Besides the regular maintenance and replacement of filter plates, filter cloths, and filter plate nozzles, how should we address frame deformation?
Firstly, check if the foot screws are tight. The stop plate of the plate and frame filter press should be normally tightened with screws, while the screws at the bottom of the oil cylinder seat should not be tightened. Clean the filter plates and filter cloth first, align the installation, and observe whether the beam bends to the left or right. Align the filter plates in the direction of the stop plate; if the beam bends to the left, leave fifteen to twenty filter plates at a 45-degree angle at the bend and push them to the right with force. Align the remaining filter plates to the side of the clamping plate.
Press the tight start button, clamp the filter plate, at which point the 45-degree angle filter plate pushes to the right. Pay attention to the pressure control and release the filter plate once it reaches the equilibrium point. If the beam has not returned to its normal position, repeat this method of releasing and clamping the filter plate four to five times until the beam is in place.
