The pointer jitters significantly.

Reason: 1. High pressure of the medium being tested.

2. The pressure gauge is installed in a location with significant vibration.

The pressure gauge pointer exhibits erratic or sluggish movements.

Reason: 1. Pointer contact with surface glass or scale causes friction.

2. Center gear shaft is bent.

3. Two gears are meshing with debris.

Issue 4: The sliding screw between the connecting rod and the fan gear is not smooth.

After the pressure is removed, the pointer cannot return to the zero point.

Reason: 1. Bent pointer; 2. Insufficient mainspring force; 3. Loose pointer; 4. Friction on the drive gears.

Five: Uneven pressure indication error.

Reason: 1. Spring tube deformation and failure.

2. The spring tube free end and sector gear, as well as the connecting rod transmission ratio, are improperly adjusted.

Six: Misaligned传动ratio.

Seven: Indication is low.

Reasons: 1. Misaligned gear ratio; 2. Leaks in the spring tube; 3. Friction in the pointer or transmission mechanism; 4. Leaks in the pressure line.

The pointer cannot reach the upper scale marking.

Reasons: 1. Small transmission ratio; 2. Incorrect positioning of the movement core in the base; 3. Improper welding location of the spring tube.
