详情描述
I. Product Definition
Tantalum oxide microcrystalline glass powder is a novel inorganic non-metallic powder material prepared through a specific melting-crystallization process, with tantalum pentoxide (Ta₂O₅) as the key functional component. It features a microstructure that combines the compactness of the glass phase with the functionality of the microcrystalline phase, retaining the good molding and chemical stability of glass materials while relying on the tantalum oxide content to impart excellent dielectric properties, high-temperature resistance, and optical transmittance. It is a key basic material in the fields of electronic information, new energy, optics, and more.
II. Performance Advantages
Dielectric Properties: The addition of tantalum oxide stabilizes the dielectric constant of the powder (with a dielectric constant of 20-40 at room temperature, and a change rate with frequency <5%), exhibits extremely low dielectric loss (tanδ < 0.001 @ 1MHz), and has a high breakdown field strength of up to 15-20kV/mm. This meets the stringent requirements for insulating materials in high-frequency, high-voltage electronic components, particularly suitable for multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) and microwave substrates.
Excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal stability: The microcrystalline glass structure formed after powder sintering has a melting point up to 1200-1400°C, and the thermal expansion coefficient can be adjusted by controlling the crystallization degree (α=5-12×10⁻⁶/°C). It shows no significant softening or performance degradation at high temperatures (below 800°C), making it suitable for high-temperature operating conditions in aerospace, automotive electronics, and other industries.
Excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance: Resistant to acids (except for hydrofluoric acid) and alkalis.Hydrofluoric AcidAlkalis, salt solutions, and organic solvents exhibit excellent resistance. After immersion in an environment with pH 2-12 for 72 hours, the quality loss rate is less than 0.1%, effectively resisting erosion from harsh environments and extending the service life of the end product.
Controllable powder characteristics: Achievable through air jet milling and grading processes, particle size control of powders (D50=1-10μm, particle size distribution range <1.5) and good flowability (bulk density 0.6-0.8g/cm³, angle of repose <35°), making it easy to uniformly blend with other powder materials, catering to various molding processes (such as casting and compression molding).
3. Production Process and Quality Assurance
Raw Materials Selection: High purity tantalum oxide (purity ≥99.95%), quartz sand (SiO₂ ≥99.9%), aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃ ≥99.8%) and other raw materials are used. Impurities (Fe, Na, K, etc.) are removed through ICP-MS detection.
