Analysis of the Fault Causes of Mining Scraper Plates in Forging
The uneven bottom of the underground working face tunnel causes the scraper to come into contact with the tunnel bottom. During the operation of the scraper, excessive loads may act upon it, leading to the potential breakage of the connecting pin between the hopper sections. This can cause the chute to jam and impede the scraper, resulting in the casting scraper of the coal mine fracturing or deforming under severe impact.

2. A loose bolt on the fixed scraper plate caused the scraper to detach from the pressure plate, easily leading to a jam and breakage at the head sprocket.

3. The scraper and plate press experienced fatigue wear and even fractures due to excessive coal handling and overloading.

During coal mining operations, the caving of the roof or the fracturing of the structural zone leads to large pieces of gangue impacting and jamming the scraper, causing a scraper failure in the coal mine.

5. The scraper has been used for an extended period, resulting in wear at both ends beyond the limit, causing the overall design length to shorten. This makes it prone to grooving in the bending section during the pusher process.
