Color-printed woven bags are plastic woven bags with full-color printing, and the text and patterns are customized according to each customer's individual requirements.
Each woven bag has varying flatness, grammage, and density. Even bags of the same grammage produced by different weaving factories have different flatness. So, how can we achieve better flatness in the woven bags? Let's go through each factor below.
To achieve better printing quality, the woven bags need to have improved flatness. To overcome common challenges of woven bags, such as excessive twists, uneven warp and weft density, and insufficient ink adhesion, it's necessary to address these issues. Since the width of a single fiber in a standard plastic woven bag is 0.2 cm, with 550 warps and 560 wefts per square meter, it is essential to enhance the flatness of the woven bags. This requires improvements in both the process and equipment.
In the printing of woven bags, the ink must be completely dried after printing before use; otherwise, it may cause packaging contamination and affect our usage.
