Here's an introduction to the temperature control method for sprout machines:
The temperature inside the control box is typically regulated by installing thermal sensors, such as contact thermometers or resistance thermometers, which serve as transformers for temperature measurement and control devices. They also act as electrical signal switches to control the on-off of heat sources (like electric heaters). In other words, when the internal temperature of the sprouter box reaches the required temperature for sprouting (27 degrees), the thermal sensor automatically sends a signal to cut off the power circuit and stop heating. Conversely, when the internal temperature of the sprouter box falls below 27 degrees, the thermal sensor again automatically sends a signal to reconnect the heating circuit and provide timely heating.
