	Pipe Furnace Precautions	The pressure inside the furnace tube must not exceed 0.02 MPa. 2. When introducing gas into the furnace tube using gas cylinders,To ensure safety,Bottles must be equipped with a pressure-reducing valve, and it is recommended to use one with a pressure below 0.02 MPa. 3、When the furnace tube is made of quartz tube, the internal temperature of the furnace is higher than1000℃At that time, the furnace tube must not be in a vacuum state; the pressure inside the furnace tube should be comparable to atmospheric pressure. 4、The gas flow into the furnace tube must be less than200SCCMTo avoid the impact of cold air currents on the hot furnace tubes. 5、For sample heating experiments, it is not recommended to close the exhaust and intake valves at the furnace tube flange end. If it is necessary to close the gas valves for sample heating, constant attention must be paid to the pressure gauge reading. If the pressure gauge reading exceeds0.02MPaIt is imperative to immediately open the exhaust valve to prevent any accidents (such as pipe破裂, flange ejection, etc.).
