Liaocheng Qianyi Metal Galvanized Patterned Steel Sheets, offering a rich variety of patterns including diamond, flat bean, round bean shapes, and classic stock items like bamboo and wood grain designs, with over a hundred unique embossed patterns available. We support custom patterns and double-sided embossed processing, with pattern height not less than 0.2 times the base plate thickness. In terms of specifications, we offer standard thicknesses of 0.3-3.0mm (mainly 0.5-3.0mm, special sizes up to 8mm), widths of 600-1800mm (commonly 1220mm, 1500mm), and lengths of 2000-12000mm. We support customized cuts and whole rolls, as well as flat sheet processing. Additionally, we have metal embossed panels with standard lengths of 4000mm and thicknesses of 16mm (heights of 375mm and 385mm). Materials mainly include Q235B carbon structural steel, with options for 201, 304, 316 stainless steels and 1070, 3003 grades to meet various application needs. Products are made using hot rolling or cold rolling embossing processes, primarily with hot-dipped galvanized finish (passed 480-hour salt spray test), produced in accordance with GB/T 3277-1991 standards, with surface quality meeting standards, featuring anti-slip, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-process properties. Metal embossed panels also offer additional thermal insulation, flame retardancy, sound insulation, and vibration resistance. They are widely used in building stair treads, outdoor platforms, industrial equipment bases, forklift channels, truck bodies, and for decorative renovations in malls, schools, and other venues, balancing practicality and aesthetics.
