A portion of the product materials are imported, ensuring synchronization with foreign imported air hoists. Some domestic manufacturers lack advanced technology and production capabilities, due to material constraints, and are unable to produce air hoists over 10 tons. They can only produce small air hoists of 3 tons or 5 tons. These small-tonnage air hoists are equipped with four, six, or even more chains to simulate large-tonnage air hoists. This often leads to excessive chain entanglement during use, causing roller chain, skipping chain, or uneven chain lifting and lowering, significantly reducing work efficiency and rendering the equipment unusable. Moreover, if the chain group is unevenly loaded, individual chains may break, posing a major safety hazard.
