Hydraulic lifting platforms primarily operate through the transmission of pressure by hydraulic oil, enabling the lifting and lowering function. Their scissor mechanical structure ensures a high degree of stability during the lifting process. The spacious work platform and high load-bearing capacity allow for a wider range of high-altitude operations and are suitable for simultaneous work by multiple people. They enhance the efficiency of high-altitude work and provide greater safety guarantees. What issues may arise after the installation of a hydraulic lifting platform? The following points are potential problems that may occur:
A leak has occurred. Due to loose parts, vibration, and heat in the machine, the sealing surfaces and pipe joints may leak. Some defects, such as casting and machining, are difficult to detect during assembly and debugging. However, due to vibration and impact during operation, these defects become apparent, manifesting as oil (or water) leakage. Therefore, leaks are more prone to happen during the磨合 period.
2. Poor lubrication can occur due to the small clearance of new assembled parts, and the difficulty in ensuring uniformity of the clearance due to assembly reasons. This makes it hard for lubricants (grease) to form a uniform film on the friction surfaces, which hinders wear prevention. Consequently, lubrication efficiency is reduced, leading to early abnormal wear of the parts. In severe cases, scratches or binding can occur on the precision mating friction surfaces, resulting in failure.
3. Looseness has occurred, with newly machined and assembled parts exhibiting deviations in geometric shape and mating dimensions. During the initial use phase, due to the effects of alternating loads such as impacts and vibrations, as well as factors like heat and deformation, coupled with excessive wear, it is easy for the originally tightly secured parts to become loose.
4. Rapid wear rate. Due to factors such as new machine component machining, assembly, and adjustment, the friction surfaces are rough, with a small contact area between mating surfaces and uneven surface stress. During operation, the uneven parts of the component surfaces grind against each other, and the fallen metal shavings act as abrasives, further accelerating the wear of the mating surfaces. Therefore, it is easy for parts to wear out during the磨合 period, especially the mating surfaces, with a rapid wear rate. At this time, overloading the operation may lead to component damage and early failure.
5. There are numerous operational errors. Due to insufficient understanding of the machine's structure and performance, especially for new operators, malfunctions and even mechanical accidents are easily caused by operational mistakes.
