With the air in the flushing chamber gradually being evacuated by the vacuum system, a negative pressure state is formed, maintaining a constant storage state for the water level and volume in the flushing chamber.
The Myuan-VFS vacuum flushing system, with the assistance of a vacuum system and a group of control valves, can absorb an adequate amount of water and maintain it at a certain height. This generates sufficient potential energy. After the pool is emptied, the water in the treated water room is released, converting the water's potential energy into kinetic energy, creating a powerful flushing water flow. This flow carries the residual sediment in the pool to the collection pit and discharges it to the wastewater treatment plant.
Vacuum Negative Pressure System
Power unit of a vacuum flushing system unit, this system consists of a complete set of equipment including a single-stage scroll vacuum pump, vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, intelligent control cabinet, vacuum tank, and corresponding pipeline valves. It can be started and stopped manually or automatically. Optional single-pump/dual-pump alternating operation mode.
