Laser Paving MachineA construction equipment primarily used on highways for laying road asphalt. It involves spreading concrete materials over large areas of the road, with the work being coordinated by various different systems.
How to maintain a flat mat laying machine?
(1) Clean Paver: Remove mud, sticky sand, asphalt, and other debris from the surface of the paver; clean dust, grease, and dirt from the engine, hydraulic components, and other parts. Note: Do not allow any dirt to enter the fuel ports and air filters.
(2) Inspect the nozzles, connecting pipes, gas cylinders, and all switches of the heating system.
(3) Inspect the connections and tightness of all parts of the paver, particularly the bolts on the left and right track beams and frame, screed, feed device, and scraper conveyor to ensure they are not loose or broken. Secure or replace as necessary.
(4) Inspect and eliminate leaks in all parts.
(5) Inspect the engine's oil, fuel, coolant, and hydraulic fluid levels, and replenish as necessary to the specified oil level indicator marks.
6) Check if the lubricant in the centralized lubrication system is adequate.
(7) Inspect the blades of the spiral metering device for cracks; replace if any are found.
(8) Inspect electrical plugs for any signs of looseness.
The above details the daily maintenance of laser pavers. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that the laser paver operates efficiently and has a longer lifespan. This is crucial for...
Routine maintenance is indispensable.
