Chromatographic Silica for Biochemical Engineering – Separation and Purification Silica
Introduction: The separation principle of chromatographic silica gel is based on the difference in adsorption forces of substances on silica gel. Generally, substances with higher polarity are easily adsorbed by silica gel, while those with lower polarity are not. Throughout the chromatographic process, the separation is achieved through a series of吸附 (adsorption), 解吸 (desorption), 再吸附 (re-adsorption), and 再解吸 (re-desorption).
