To promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the artisan spirit, and to celebrate the workshop of tower separation equipment being awarded the 2023 "National Labor Pioneer Team," the company held a grand "May Day" Model Worker Symposium on the afternoon of April 29. Over a hundred company management personnel, representatives of past model workers, and representatives of the tower separation equipment workshop workers participated in the symposium. The meeting was chaired by the Women's Union Committee member, Li Na.
Before the symposium began, a video of General Secretary Xi Jinping's encouragement to create happiness through labor and achieve great undertakings through hard work was watched. Subsequently, participants actively shared their views based on their own work experiences.
Governor's Labor Medal, Provincial Labor Model Worker, and the company's founder and Chief Technology Officer, Lai Changping, delivered a concluding speech. He extended holiday greetings to the workers who are fighting on various fronts, and paid profound respect to the labor models and advanced workers who have made outstanding contributions to Deere's development! He pointed out that the separation equipment workshop's honor as the 2023 "National Workers Vanguard Team" is the result of our collective efforts, that all greatness is written by the ordinary, and all miracles are created by struggle. Lai General Manager took this symposium as an opportunity to share the seven stages of life-changing transformations: one, starting with mental cultivation; two, gradually achieving self-awareness; three, self-reflection; four, mastering emotions; five, unity of knowledge and action; six, focusing to the point of self-forgetfulness; and seven, the state of selfless altruism. He provided detailed explanations for each. He hopes that every employee will take the time to understand, learn, and progress daily, becoming a more perfect Deer employee and achieving a life full of brilliance!
