January 17, 2023, Idealism, Mission, Strive, Breakthrough – The 2022 Year-End Award Ceremony and the 2023 Spring Festival Cultural Gala were successfully held in the multi-functional hall on the 5th floor of our company. Over 300 employees from Deere, representatives from the Luxi Branch and the Suzhou Branch, attended the event.
At precisely 2:00 PM, the 2023 Spring Festival Art Gala kicked off amidst everyone's New Year wishes. Ms. Yin Yao of the Board Office, Ms. Wang Ling of the Administrative Center, Mr. Li Yihui of the Technology Center, and Mr. Li Qianhe of Business Department One hosted the gala. The program was diverse, the atmosphere was lively, and the performances were dazzling, including sketches, dances, fashion shows, stand-up comedy, choir, and guitar performances. On this stage to showcase their talents, Deer Corporation employees boldly "shined" their skills. The entire art gala fully demonstrated the innovative, confident, passionate, and upward spirit of the Deer Corporation.
In the midst of songs, applause, and laughter, the 2022 Year-End Summary and Award Ceremony, as well as the 2023 Spring Festival Art Gala, came to a successful conclusion! Looking back, sweat has borne fruit; looking forward, hard work will forge brilliance.
