April is the loveliest month of the year, as spring returns to the earth, with birds chirping and the sound of spring. It's the perfect time for hiking. To refine our elite team, forge a high-quality workforce, strengthen corporate culture, and enhance team cohesion, the 11th China Folk Hiking Festival (Pingxiang Station) and the "Red Hiking March, Striving for New Journey" 45-kilometer hiking event officially kicked off at Deer Company on April 8th. Company founder and Chief Technology Officer, Lai Changping, led the way, with nearly 100 participants including all party members, office management staff, and some family members.
At 6:30 AM, all participants gathered at the company and, led by Union Chairwoman Yan Qianqian, engaged in full-body warming-up exercises. Department Head Jiang Yanping of the Administrative Center explained the objectives and significance of the company's hiking event, and outlined the rules and precautions.
The hike covered a distance of 45 kilometers, traversing from Deere Company to the Autumn Harvest Square, An Yuan Memorial Hall, Zhong Huan Road, Tongtian Bridge, Coot Rain and Mist, Peace Village, Xin Cun Primary School, Xiangdong East Road, Zhongzhi Auto Parts City, Qingshan Power Supply Station, and back to Deere Company. The route passed by the Autumn Harvest Uprising Square and An Yuan Memorial Hall, retracing the footsteps of revolutionary heroes from the past and rekindling the spirit of great struggle. This experience serves as an endless source of motivation and enthusiasm for the employees to pursue their work and entrepreneurial endeavors.
In 12 hours, over 45 kilometers, a trekking challenge took place, walking amidst nature,感悟ing as we walked, and growing as we感悟ed. Our bodies grew weary, yet our souls were delighted. We walked out sunshine, positivity, and the growth of life! Every participant used their own steps to validate a truth: Our greatness exceeds all imaginations!
