Puying Technology, the national leader in integrated servo transmission innovation, has entered into a partnership with domestic marine machinery and instrument research institution YJS. This collaboration aims to facilitate a rapid and transformative upgrade of the deep-sea industry through remote intelligent control within one month.

The DS25 is now fully operational at a depth of 50 meters and a pressure of 0.5 MPa for this project. After extensive research and comparison of material data, our company has selected high-quality materials that are well-suited for the task, combined with a specific surface treatment process to form a protective shell that resists corrosion and erosion in long-term deep-sea environments.
Our components in contact with seawater have transitioned from the traditionally used C45E4 to a special material that excels in corrosion resistance and is less prone to deformation. The DS25 features a thin-type external rotor motor renowned for its compact size and high power density, equipped with a patented built-in brake and drive module to strictly control the motor's body length. This project utilizes a DC brushless drive module with an integrated multi-turn encoder, supporting PID (proportional, integral, derivative) control to eliminate steady-state error, enhance inertia response speed, and reduce overshoot tendencies.
All sealing components are made from custom materials, achieving a complete and detailed waterproof seal from the inside out. We utilize hollow top hat-shaped harmonics with twice the overturning resistance of standard cylinders, providing smoother output and a longer lifespan, while maintaining tight control over the overall weight of the unit.
The all-new, corrosion and deformation-resistant, lightweight smart DS25 design is now live, fully meeting the usage requirements for YJS's deep-sea projects. Pioneer of the Joint Module, Puying Technology, has perfectly unlocked the real-world application of a milestone product in the new deep-sea field.
