Equipment Introduction
Sealed equipment is suitable for applications requiring solid-liquid separation and the handling of hazardous or toxic processes, while also benefiting from all the advantages of filtration equipment. The hygienic design conforms toGMP compliance. Local cleaning is a standard feature, all dead spots have been eliminated. The windows and nozzles are inclined for draining back into the housing, and the internal surfaces can be easily polished to a specified level.

Atmospheric Pressure Sealed Filtration: The sealed filter housing ensures that gases are completely confined within the equipment, extracted through the exhaust port for treatment, and do not disperse into the operational space, effectively protecting personnel. During the vacuum stroke, the vacuum pump extracts nitrogen from the housing, condensate is removed, then"Dry" nitrogen is returned to the shell, requiring a very small amount of nitrogen replenishment to compensate for the nitrogen lost from the wet filter cake.
Gas Drying Filtration: Hot gases, such as air, nitrogen, or steam, can be effectively filtered through a filter cake using filter cloth as the medium, eliminating the need for secondary gas cleaning. By optimizing the thickness of the cake, air permeability is maximized, allowing for gas flow and maintaining drying times of just a few minutes. This is particularly beneficial when handling temperature-sensitive products. Toxic and/Hazardous or harmful substances can be well processed and dried to low residual moisture levels in these units.
Gas Protection Filtration: Nitrogen is continuously recycled in the filtration equipment, with solvents fully recovered. Sanitary design compliescGMP compliant. It features a fully enclosed design, capable of handling almost any solvent-based products within a completely sealed housing, while operating under continuous recirculation of nitrogen protection. The filter housing design is also easily GMP-compliant, particularly suitable for biotechnology products, as well as intermediate and final fine chemical products, biological products, solvent-processed foods, solvent-wetted organic solids, and self-reactive materials.
