Equipment Introduction
The PZ Mobile Disc Filter isA vacuum degassing equipment that achieves solid-liquid separation by suction force; structurally, the filtration section is arranged along the horizontal length direction, enabling continuous completion of processes such as filtration, cake washing, drying, cake unloading, and filter cloth regeneration.This machine utilizes filter cloth or mesh as the medium, laying the slurry horizontally above the filter medium, taking full advantage of the slurry's gravity and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. The continuous horizontal vacuum belt filter is suitable for materials under various concentration conditions and boasts high filtration efficiency. The special-shaped vacuum disk provides greater vacuum negative pressure than rubber belt filters, making it an effective complementary product.
