PL-DY1600 U.V. Photoreactor

Product Overview:

The PL-DY1600 UV Reactor is widely used in fields such as photochemical experiments, environmental protection, and life sciences research. Suitable for various photo-decomposition experiments: ketones, halogenated initiators, thio compounds, thiol-ene reactions, wastewater COD degradation, paraffin, heterocyclic compounds, aromatic nucleophiles, conjugated dienes, polyolefin compounds, epoxides, ICH light stability testing, simulated sunlight UV aging tests, catalyst preparation, photochemical synthesis of chemical products, and research on photochemical degradation of pollutants. Therefore, it is an essential instrument for professional experimental teaching in the chemical industry, environmental protection sectors, research institutions, and universities.

Instrument Features:

◆ The ultraviolet photochemical reactor uses a multi-lamp ring illumination method, ensuring good parallelism of the light received by the sample.

AC 220V, 50Hz voltage; no high voltage produced during lighting, safe and reliable.

The reaction tank center point is equipped with a magnetic stirrer and features a stirring speed ratio display (standard model).

◆ Optional multi-point stirrer for simultaneous rotation and stirring motion.

◆ Available with an automatic lifting mechanism to elevate samples.

The lifespan of the tubes is long, averaging 3,000 hours (for 254nm tubes).

◆ Internally equipped with a forced-air cooling system to enhance the air circulation within the reaction chamber.

◆Transparent UV-blocking observation lid.

◆ Easily replaceable lamps of different wavelengths for convenient comparative testing.
