Last weekend in Zhejiang, ChinaCEO of X Group invited me to discuss cooperation on the Xiaoshan project. Reviewing the comprehensive sketches, CAD construction drawings, CAD section views, and design descriptions, I gained an understanding of the engineering scope required.
The total roof areaThe building covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has a complex structure. The drainage system is around the window frames of the construction, where the frames are connected to the aluminum magnesium manganese roof panels using continuous aluminum welding. At the gutters, there is a 2.0mm stainless steel + 50mm rock wool board, with a 1.5mm galvanized cover plate underneath. The HV-256 plate is a bit tricky, but the rest can be arranged by the designer. The HV-256 is essentially a YX113-256-768 profiled steel sheet, but the plans specify perforated web plates. Typically, such project designs have full perforations of about 23-25%. Therefore, when manufacturing the YX113-256-768 profiled steel sheet, we must pay attention to perforating only the specified areas, ensuring the dimensions are accurate.
After understanding the scope of the project we needed to undertake, I provided an on-site quote.
