I. Product Overview

This series of pure water oxygen generators employs Solid Polymer Electrolyte (SPE) oxygen generation technology, using pure water as the electrolyte and producing high-purity oxygen through electrolysis with titanium metal electrodes. The oxygen is then separated from water, dried, and purified before being output, featuring stable pressure (fluctuations < 0.001 MPa), on-demand production, and zero addition of alkaline solution. These generators are suitable for laboratory, medical, and industrial applications.

 III. Instrument Features

1. Smart Control System

One-touch operation: simply press the power switch to initiate gas production, supports continuous or intermittent operation.

Accurate Monitoring: A high-definition LED digital display shows flow rate (±1ml accuracy) and pressure values in real-time, with data being clear and easy to read.

Pressure-adaptive: When the pressure reaches the preset value (e.g., 0.4MPa), the system automatically adjusts the gas production volume to ensure the output pressure fluctuation is ≤0.001MPa.

2. Low-maintenance design

Simplified Maintenance: Simply replenish with pure water or distilled water on a regular basis.

3. Safety Protection

Anti-siphon technology: Equipped with an anti-siphon device to eliminate the risk of liquid backflow.

Multiple Protection: Over-pressure and low-liquid automatic shutdown to ensure equipment and operation safety.

High Conversion Efficiency: Electrolytic cell efficiency ≥ 95%, maximum gas output up to 600ml/min, meets high load requirements.
