Aluminum Composite Panel
The aluminum curtain wall is constructed of two 0.5mm thick aluminum plates with a 4mm thick polyethylene or rigid polyethylene foam board in between. The aluminum curtain wall panels are coated with fluorocarbon resin paint, creating a tough and stable film layer with strong adhesion and durability. They come in a rich variety of colors, and the backside of the aluminum curtain wall panels is coated with polyester paint to prevent corrosion. Aluminum composite panels were commonly used as panel materials when metal curtain walls first emerged.
(2) Single-layer aluminum plate
The aluminum curtain wall utilizes 2.5mm thick aluminum alloy plates, with the single-layer aluminum plate surface matching the coating material of the aluminum composite panel's front. The film's toughness, stability, adhesion, and durability are completely consistent. Single-layer aluminum plates for aluminum curtain walls have become another commonly used metal panel material following aluminum composite panels, and their applications are increasingly widespread.
