Equipped with a gun boring head, it can work in coal tunnels or semi-coal tunnels with hardness up to 4F, without the need for blasting excavation. It comes with a quick connector, allowing the bucket and sharp boring head to be interchanged during rock tunnel excavation. After blasting is completed, the bucket is used to load the ore, achieving the dual-purpose effect of a single machine.
Hydraulic components are equipped with imported German helical gearboxes, powered by high-torque hydraulic motors, ensuring smooth operation of the bucket even under harsher high-load working conditions. Equipped with internal and high-pressure external spray systems, it provides excellent dust suppression.
Due to the heavy weight of the gun boring head, the overall parts are designed with strong structural components to ensure sufficient weight for the machine. This stability during rock cutting allows for improved operational efficiency.
