Fountain Manufacturing Process:
The production process for musical fountain manufacturing at home and abroad typically involves selecting the music to be played; then, the computer staff utilizes the music for playback.The software for 3D animation creates musical water fountain designs and lighting changes to reflect the emotional essence of the music, repeatedly adjusting until the desired effect is achieved. Next, operators weave control programs based on the 3D musical fountain animations, making the nozzles, variable frequency machines, and lights come to life to produce an actual musical fountain. This is also fine-tuned repeatedly to match the 3D animation display as closely as possible. Finally, the three systems (music playback, animation display, and control execution) are interconnected and tested until they align. It is evident that the entire production process lacks information integration, with manual coordination being used to synchronize the three production processes.

Fountain design requirements:
1. Prior to pipeline installation, clean the pipeline interior, ensure the main pipeline is level, the vertical pipes are upright and securely fastened, and remove rust and weld slag before applying anti-rust paint. The pump installation must be firm and stable.
2. Lighting Installation: Lamps, manufacturing and installing light brackets, securing lighting fixtures.
3. Cable Laying and Connection: Cables for pumps and lights are routed according to specifications, with the principle of minimizing underwater joints. Cable lines are connected using heat-shrink tubing, cables are bundled and pulled through cable conduits, sealed near the bell mouth, and the pump and light cables are numbered as per the diagram. Cables can be laid along the cable trench to the control room and then into the distribution panel via cable trays.
4. Distribution Control Equipment Installation: Install control and distribution equipment in the control room according to the drawings, and connect the load equipment to the corresponding terminals of the distribution equipment by cable numbering.
