PPH pipe materials must be cut with a pipe cutter first. The end with the socket must not have any scratch or deformation larger than 1mm before being fitted with an electric welding sleeve. After cooling, the secondary wire should be inserted and the welding process should be repeated.
1. Connection method for couplings: When connecting polypropylene pipes and other materials, such as PPH with PVC, or PPH with cast iron pipes, insert the pipe into the coupling and then tighten the screws on the coupling. Only the pipe diameter should match the size of the coupling.
2. Embedded mechanical joints: When connecting PPH pipe materials to drain outlets, equipment, utensils, and washing tanks, interlocking mechanical joints should be used. The connector must be from the same series as the pipe and components, and assembled according to the characteristics of that series.
3FRPP pipe, flanged joint method: For the connection of PPH pipe materials with other conveying pipelines or valves, flanged joints should be used. First, the flange should be inserted onto the PPH pipe material, then electrically welded to the flanged end fittings. Subsequently, the flanges should be joined with the ends of other pipes.
