PPH piping materials must first be cut using a pipe cutter. The end with the socket should not have any scratches or deformations exceeding 1mm before being fitted with an electric welding sleeve. After cooling, insert the secondary wire and re-weld.
1. Connection Head Method: For connecting pipelines made of polypropylene and other materials, such as PPH to PVC, or PPH to cast iron pipes, insert the pipe into the connection head and then tighten the screws on the connection head. Only the pipe diameter should match the size of the connection head.
2. Embedded mechanical joints: For the connection of PPH pipe materials with drain outlets, equipment, appliances, and washing tanks, interlocking mechanical joints should be used. The connectors must be from the same series as the pipes and components, and assembled according to the characteristics of the series.
3FRPP piping, flanged joints: For the connection of PPH pipe materials with other conveying pipelines or valves, flanged joints should be used. First, insert the flange into the PPH pipe material, and then weld it onto the flanged connection component. Subsequently, connect the flanges with the ends of other pipes.
