Ensure that the tent ropes and stakes are properly matched for the tent to be full and the inner and outer tents to be fully separated. In practice, it is also acceptable to use unfastened ropes and stakes when setting up the tent. However, if the ropes and stakes are secured, the inner and outer tents must be straightened and separated. Otherwise, the following consequences may occur: 1. During windy conditions, the outer tent may flap loudly, potentially affecting its use; 2. When it rains, if the inner and outer tents are not separated, and the outer tent gets wet, the inner tent will also become damp. Over time, rainwater may drip inside the tent.
Next, after removing the tent bag and pole bag, they must be weighted down to prevent them from being blown away by the strong wind.
