What is Polyurethane Spray?

Polyurethane spray technology is a high molecular polymer formed through the foaming process on-site using a network of equipment and mixing, with isocyanates and polyethers as the main raw materials. It is enhanced by various additives, including blowing agents, catalysts, and flame retardants. Polyurethane rigid foam is a novel biosynthetic research material with excellent thermal insulation and waterproofing system functions. It boasts a low thermal conductivity coefficient of only 0.022-0.024 W/(m².k), half that of extruded boards. It is the lowest thermal conductivity coefficient among all thermal insulation materials used in building insulation projects in China. Polyurethane spray flame retardancy is available in B1 and B2 ratings.

Polyurethane rigid foam is typically foamed at room temperature, its molding process is relatively simple, and in the refrigeration industry, we generally use polyurethane rigid foam spray.

Black Material & White Material: The chemical name for black material is polyisocyanate, commonly referred to as black material due to its black, viscous liquid form. MD is a type of polyisocyanate, used in the production of refrigerator polyurethane foam.

White substance is a white, thick liquid that is commonly mixed with polyether polyols and foam stabilizers as a catalyst in the industrial production of refrigerator polyurethane foam.

In the southeastern part of our country, polyurethane foam sandwich double-sided color steel panels dominate, while in the northwestern region, vertical polyurethane spray insulation is most prevalent.
