What isThermal Conductive Putty ?

Thermal Conductive MasticHeat transfer cement (compouds) Also known as thermal paste, thermal cement, or thermal compound.

Thermal Conductive Mastic is an advanced thermal engineering material made by combining high-purity graphite, silicon carbide, metal oxides, and various other materials such as carbon fibers and adhesives. It boasts high thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and uniform heat distribution, capable of accommodating complex installation interfaces. It has strong adhesive properties, can cure or remain flexible without curing, and its primary function is to increase the thermal conduction area and establish low thermal resistance heat transfer channels when used in companion heating and heat exchange units. The product is widely used in the petrochemical, fine chemical, and energy-saving environmental protection industries.


Section IIHTTThermal Conductive Mortar Product Features

High thermal conductivity: HTT thermal conductive adhesive has a thermal conductivity of 5-20 W/m·K. (Parameters of thermal conductive adhesive vary by model.)

Thermal conductive mortar transforms the heat transfer mode from traditional steam outer heat preservation technology, switching from heat radiation to heat conduction, resulting in a 50-fold increase in heat transfer efficiency (with an air heat transfer coefficient of 0.023 W/m.k).

2. Wide operating temperature range: From low-temperature refrigeration to high-temperature heat conduction, HTT thermal paste offers various specifications from -100°C to +800°C to meet process requirements.

3) Strong Adhesion: HTT thermal conductive mortar is adaptable to complex conditions, such as pipe, tank, and external heating construction of equipment; it has strong adhesion with metal, does not peel off or disintegrate, is non-corrosive, and is easy to inspect and maintain.
