HTTThermal Conductive Mortar Application Method
Preparation for Construction: Prior to the application of HTT thermal conductive mortar, equipment must pass a compression test, the equipment surface should be dusted and rusted off, and treated according to design specifications. The equipment surface should remain dry.
2. Construction Environment Requirements:
Outdoor Construction HTT Thermal Paste: Do not apply during rainy or snowy weather. HTT non-conductive thermal paste does not have waterproofing properties.
In低温 and humid conditions, HTT thermal conductive mortar will not cure; a hardener can be added.
The HTT NH450 Non-Solidified Thermal Conductive Mortar can be applied in low-temperature and humid environments.
3. Construction Method:
3.1 Manual Application: Use a putty knife to fill HTT thermal conductive putty between the jacketed pipeline and the pipes and equipment, forming a sector-shaped cross-section, with the width designed as three times the diameter of the jacketed pipe.
Compacting the gaps to expel air from the interstices.
HTT thermal paste will smooth the sides of the jacketed pipe along the tangent direction of the material pipe, fully encasing the jacketed pipe. After the thermal paste surface solidifies, it will be wrapped with multiple layers of aluminum foil or fibrous cloth.
3.2 Important Notice: No water or any other additives should be added during the application of HTT thermal conductive mortar.
Thermal conductive mortar cures at a constant temperature of 70°C within 24 hours. To accelerate the curing time, a curing agent must be added.
