Ball Catch Rail

1. Ball Link Railing Introduction
The ball joints are made of carbon steel (hot-dipped galvanized), aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. Accessories include railing elbows, which are used in conjunction with steel grating panels.
2. Material and Surface Treatment
Carbon Steel: Q235B, Surface Treatment: Natural/Hot-Dip Galvanized; Stainless Steel: 304, 316, 316L, Surface Treatment: Polished/Mirror Polished/Brushed Polished; Aluminum: 6063-T6, Surface Treatment: Polished/Mirror Polished/Brushed Polished.
3. Method of Ball Retainer Model Representation

Railing Specifications: S denotes Standard Type
E represents Economy Type
Crossbar Quantity: 1 indicates one crossbar
2 - Two horizontal bars
3 - Three Bars
Pillar Style: Specify model according to the pillar style diagram.
Edge board: Edge boards must be marked with "K"; unneeded edge boards should not be marked.
Surface Treatment: G denotes hot-dipped galvanized
P stands for immersion painting
J stands for mechanical polishing
E stands for electrochemical polishing
U stands for unprocessed (can be abbreviated)
4. Railing Specifications and Dimensions Table

Note:
1. Pipe Sizes: The dimensions before the parentheses in the table above are for carbon steel, and those within the parentheses are for stainless steel. The design drawings confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
2. Column Spacing: Mainly comes in 1000, 1200, and 1500mm options.
3. railing height:
(1) Double Bar
A. Handrail Height: ≥1100mm
B. Stair Handrail: Vertical height of the handrail ≥ 900mm.
(2) Three Rods: Typically 1200mm
(3) Single or triple rods as per design.
4. Connection method between the crossbar and the upright post:
Generally, welding fixation is used, with local rust prevention treatment at the welding points.
(2) May also be secured with set screws or dowel pins; installation requires on-site drilling for the corresponding mounting.
5. Brief Installation Instructions
Horizontal Installation
(1) Ample installation space
Align the posts and pipe fittings parallel to the installation location.
b. Two-headed posts for railing pipe fittings
c. Straighten the handrail and install the fixing bolts.
d. Locate and tighten bolts, and add washers if necessary.
(2) Insufficient installation space
a. Secure the end posts, then thread the handrail through the posts.
b. Thread the upright posts onto the railing pipe fittings and place the washers on the bottom plate.
c. Continue to wear the pillars, place the pads on the next pillar, and move the previous pillar to the fixed position.
d. Install bolts and level as necessary; add washers if needed.
2. Step installation
Please install starting from the first stage for safety.
b. After positioning the first stage installation, install the next pillar but do not secure it.
c. Insert the railing tube components into the first and second posts, extending them approximately 75mm beyond the first post.
d. Install and weld the elbows securely in place.
Install the remaining posts and secure them.
