The SACD52 series is a commonly used suspension mechanism in automotive molds. This novel utility patent technology is primarily fixed on the lower mold base of the automotive mold from above, with return limit blocks and stroke limit blocks respectively set on both sides of the moving楔 at the ends of the upper mold base; one side of the moving楔 features a return spring; the lower end of the moving楔 has a punch at an angle to the horizontal plane; the other end of the moving楔 lower end has a sliding block at an angle to the horizontal plane, with embedded oiled graphite in the sliding block. The lifting wedge mechanism can reduce the processing process of the mold, decrease the overall外形 dimensions of the mold; it can also lower the stamping cost and maintenance cost of the mold.
