The SKCA52 series is a commonly used suspension mechanism in automotive molds. It is primarily fixed beneath the top mold base of the automotive mold, with return limit blocks and stroke limit blocks respectively set at the ends of the moving wedge on the upper seat; one side of the moving wedge is equipped with a return spring; the lower end of the power wedge features a punch at an angle to the horizontal plane; the other end of the power wedge below has a guide slider at a certain angle to the horizontal plane, with oil-soaked graphite embedded in the slider. The lifting wedge mechanism can reduce the processing process of the mold, minimize the overall profile size of the mold, and lower the stamping and maintenance costs of the mold.
