Section 2: This standard applies to residential properties managed by real estate departments. The identification of unit-owned and privately-owned properties can refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to industrial buildings, public buildings, high-rise buildings, or protected cultural heritage buildings.

    For significant buildings or complex structures that are difficult to identify, necessary tests and calculations should be conducted.
