Performance & Applications
1. This series of products dissolves in general organic solvents and forms a colloid in water.
2. Used as antistatic agents, emulsifiers, rewetting agents, and lubricants. Suitable for oil additives and textile lubricants. Also serves as an emulsifier for water-based inks.
3. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl) coconut amine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polypropylene and ABS. It also serves as an antistatic and corrosion inhibitor in steam generators and circulating systems.
4. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl)stearamine is a plastic-specific antistatic agent, used internally as an antistatic agent, with excellent compatibility, heat resistance, and stability. Its non-toxic characteristics are pronounced, and it is mainly used in packaging films, daily plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc. For example: 0.25 parts of this product (containing 55% of additives) are added to 100 parts of high-pressure polyethylene to produce mining pipes, with the surface resistance stabilized at 108Ω, Meets the technical requirements for mining pipe materials.
