Performance and Features FAG470 is an efficient and stable silicone defoaming emulsion produced with a complete set of equipment, raw materials, and formulas imported from the United States Carbon Company (UCC). Its quality is comparable to imported SAG470, ranking domestically, and is widely used in the defoaming and antifoaming processes of textile dyeing, pesticides, wastewater treatment, and chemical industries. In knitted dyeing, it exhibits defoaming properties similar to the US DC544, but at a price just 1/5 to 1/6 of DC544, offering significant economic benefits. Application 1. De-foaming: After the foam forms, add FAG470 and stir; defoaming is immediate. 2. Foam Suppression: Add FAG470 before the foam forms to suppress foam. 3. Dosage: 5-100 ppm. 4. Usage: FAG470 can be directly added according to dosage, or diluted with water before use, then add water. 5. Operating Temperature: <100℃ Packaging and Storage 20Kg and 50Kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport in accordance with general chemical storage and transportation regulations. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life is 6 months. |
