Performance & Applications
1. Oil-in-water type vegetable oil-specific emulsifier, soluble in general organic solvents, miscible with vegetable oil for transparent solutions, featuring excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties.
2. Excellent emulsifying effect on various vegetable oils, capable of forming a stable white emulsion.
3. Easy to use, with a simple emulsification process; only a mixing device is required, and emulsified vegetable oil can be produced at room temperature, with low foam in the emulsion.
4. Excellent low-temperature resistance, non-ionic properties, low irritability, easy to match.
5. Recommended Dosage: 15-20% of vegetable oil.
Application
Add the measured emulsifier and vegetable oil sequentially to the emulsifying kettle according to the required content of the emulsion. The amount of emulsifier should be 15% to 20% of the vegetable oil. Stir well, then slowly add the measured water while stirring continuously until an emulsified white vegetable oil emulsion is obtained (for reference).
Storage & Transportation
Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
