Equipment Features

1. The bottle washer features a robotic arm for bottle gripping, suitable for various bottle sizes.
2. Bottles are washed with a high-quality, tracked water and air spray system, ensuring water conservation.
3. The bottle unscrambling process utilizes an imported synchronous belt, connecting the bottle ejector block to transport oral liquid, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
4. The oven utilizes infrared heating tubes with double-layer stainless steel heating for excellent temperature uniformity.
5. Filling and Seaming Machines are available with optional ceramic pumps or stainless steel pumps.
6. Filling stops without bottles, and no bottle, no capping function.
7. Rinse tank water and pure wash piping are separated to avoid cross-contamination.
8. Add a buffer block in front of the feeding screw of the bottle washing machine, which protects the screw and reduces the shattering of bottles.
9. The entire line is equipped with PLC central control, variable-frequency drives, and touch screen control technology, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

Touchscreen displays the operational status of individual machines, including water, air, and wind pressure, temperature, and the status of switches and faults. It also features self-diagnosis of faults and methods for analysis and elimination, achieving automated control of the entire production process. The system is equipped with a three-machine self-control balancing device for reliable and balanced production. Siemens options are available upon customer request.
