Working Principle 

Under the monitoring of an intelligent system, the bottles sequentially enter the preheating zone, high-temperature sterilization zone (oven set temperature > 350°C, time through the high-temperature zone > 3min), and low-temperature cooling zone of the tunnel sterilization oven as they are conveyed. The conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable, and the temperature monitoring system can be set, displayed, monitored, recorded, and printed. The entire operation process is always under 100-level laminar flow protection.
